DigiCodX Academy provides educational training in Programming, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, UI/UX, Full-Stack Development, Digital Marketing, and related fields through both online and offline modes.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• You must not share your account, study material, or class links with others.
• Misuse or unauthorized sharing will lead to account termination.

4. Payments & Fees

• All course fees must be paid in advance unless stated otherwise.
• Fees once paid are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Payment processing is securely handled by trusted payment gateways.

5. Class Access & Study Material

• Access to classes and materials is strictly for personal learning use.
• Recording, copying, distributing, or reselling materials is prohibited.
• DigiCodX Academy holds full copyright for all digital content.

6. Mobile App Usage (Android & iOS)

• You agree not to reverse engineer or modify the app.
• You must download the app only from the official Play Store or App Store.
• You allow DigiCodX Academy to send notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• You must not use the app for illegal or harmful activities.

7. Notifications via Firebase

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send:

• Class reminders
• Assignments & deadlines
• Technical updates
• Promotional offers (only with consent)

You can turn off notifications anytime from your device settings.

8. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are handled strictly as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to that document for full details.

9. Code of Conduct

• Harassment or abuse of instructors or students is not tolerated.
• Sharing harmful, illegal, or copyrighted material is prohibited.
• Any violation may result in account suspension or ban.

10. Intellectual Property

All course videos, PDFs, presentations, source code, and branding elements are the intellectual property of DigiCodX Academy. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

DigiCodX Academy is not responsible for:

• Internet connection issues on the user’s side
• Device compatibility problems
• Third-party service outages (e.g., payment gateways, Firebase)
• User errors, misuse, or unauthorized sharing of course materials
