Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Refund Eligibility

After making the course payment, students have a **2-day window** to request a refund.

• Refund requests must be submitted **within 2 days** from the date of payment.
• Requests submitted after 2 days **will not be eligible** for a refund.
• The refund window applies to all online and offline courses.

3. How to Apply for a Refund

Students must send a refund request via email only.

• Email must be sent to: academy@digicodx.com
• Subject line: Refund Request – Your Name – Course Name
• Email must include:
  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Course Name
  • Date of Payment
  • Reason for Refund

4. Refund Processing Time

• The refund will be processed within **7–10 working days**.
• The amount will be returned to the **original mode of payment**.
• Bank or payment gateway delays are outside our control.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refund will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Refund request submitted after the 2-day window.
• If the student has accessed study materials or recorded content extensively.
• If the student violates our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.
• If classes were missed due to student unavailability or personal reasons.

6. Course Switching

Within the first few sessions, students may switch to another course if required. However, switching does **not** extend the refund period.

7. Cancellation by DigiCodX Academy

If DigiCodX Academy cancels a batch or class due to unavoidable reasons, students will receive:

• A full refund, OR
• Movement to the next upcoming batch
